JOY Basque Party brings together 8 of our signature Basque cheesecake flavours in one cake — each slice with its own personality.

From bright Japanese Yuzu Jasmine and Pistachio Raspberry, to creamy Coconut Latte and classic Tiramisu, every flavour is individually prepared with carefully selected ingredients and our house-made fruit jams.

Each Basque cheesecake is slow-baked at a low temperature, creating a beautifully caramelised exterior while keeping the centre exceptionally soft, creamy and smooth.
